Leak spot on ceiling?

"Hello IOI, our..err Ceiling is leaking again..please come and repair..scary to imagine if it will collapse one day? Don't"
On April, IOI told us that there is a small opening on the roof to lead rain to the drain but small amount flows along electric pipeline inside the wall and when rain stops, it makes a stagnant stop between electric pipe connection..and they sent two indon guy to repair it.
But now in June it happens again on the same spot after heavy rain.
Now we know the quality of ioi house here in Bandar Putera..

List of faulties faced :-
1. before move in = making report for 12 finishing quality including minor cracks
2. 2 months after = realise 2 small wet spot on the ceiling but dry after few hours. making report for ceiling leaking
3. few days later = ioi guy checked. as heavy pour season, the spot became bigger. they managed to repair in hurry.ok.
4. 4 months after = now to lodge same report

This just to share info. The problem solved by now. We will make sure the house in well maintained condition. lucky to have ioi site office nearby with fast action, and still in warranty :)
