For women who haven't send baju raya for sewing..just buy ready made baju raya if your tailor refuse not to take anymore booking ehehe, unless you say it is not for raya but to wear next 2 weeks for big/any/urgent function..oops can this be one of tips :)

Leak spot on ceiling?

"Hello IOI, our..err Ceiling is leaking again..please come and repair..scary to imagine if it will collapse one day? Don't"
On April, IOI told us that there is a small opening on the roof to lead rain to the drain but small amount flows along electric pipeline inside the wall and when rain stops, it makes a stagnant stop between electric pipe connection..and they sent two indon guy to repair it.
But now in June it happens again on the same spot after heavy rain.
Now we know the quality of ioi house here in Bandar Putera..

List of faulties faced :-
1. before move in = making report for 12 finishing quality including minor cracks
2. 2 months after = realise 2 small wet spot on the ceiling but dry after few hours. making report for ceiling leaking
3. few days later = ioi guy checked. as heavy pour season, the spot became bigger. they managed to repair in hurry.ok.
4. 4 months after = now to lodge same report

This just to share info. The problem solved by now. We will make sure the house in well maintained condition. lucky to have ioi site office nearby with fast action, and still in warranty :)

Tips From Intenet : Using LISTERINE as mosquito repellent

My friend e-mail this tips..not knowing the real sender but nice to know lot of creative people out there will forward many tips to share. Here extract of the mail :

Happy Maulidur Rasul 20 Mar 2008

For all Muslims, we wish Happy Maulidur Rasul 12 Rabiul'Awal 1429 Hijriah / on 20 Mar 2008. Today we going out at 8am to Stadium Malawati for state Maulidur Rasul ceremony. After that off to office doing OT for PC & server virus cleaning..but the job like neverending..
and again we get back late..and having some cookies before Maghrib prayer..

Furniture for master bedroom

Here what we put in the master room. Furnish in dark choc bedroom set.

Pink Combination For Guest Rooms

Wall color for guest rooms are soft & dark pink. We use KCC paint brand because it has smooth & glowy finishing. Our moms will love to stay longer.

Purple For Master Bedroom

As lavender likely to be a calm fragrance, we choose soft purple for most of the bedroom wall but leaving one wall in darker purple. At first we afraid that purple can narrow the space but amazingly we are happy with the finishing.

Welcome to our house : Stylo Mahligai

"Stylo Mahligai" = is a name of our house.
Just how we appreciate our living in our lovely mid terrace house. The house just complete and handed over a few week ago. So as we started to plan the home design, we are thinking to share what we thought and dreammmm so much with our relatives and friends..and others who also want a nice space to live but with little spending. We are excited to move there asap.

Here's some story behind the buy ehe: We planned to buy house in Shah Alam but huh so expensive! I hate to say it but of course it is not fair for us which serve in the city but wont and will just a daydream to have an address there. But its okay coz our house now still few minutes away from Shah Alam.
